Kristen Ott

Kristen works closely with the VP of Consulting and CEO to expand executive clients’ professional ecosystems and build their personal profiles through increased visibility and high-impact connections. Having begun her career at Full Picture, Kristen re-joined the team in 2019 with over 10 years of experience in strategic communications, brand positioning, and client service. Prior to her return, Kristen served as the Head of Public Relations for Guinness World Records, where she oversaw all communications, media and influencer relations, and digital efforts for the beloved brand across the Americas. Kristen has also worked with brands including Chantecaille, Liquiteria, New Balance, NFL, Nickelodeon, Reebok, and Revlon. Originally from Buffalo, Kristen received a B.S. in Marketing from Lehigh University. In her free time, Kristen pursues her passion for dance as a member of DanceWorks New York City.
